oh yeah and i caught the flu again. for someone who rarely gets sick it's an impressive feat (⁠ー⁠_⁠ー⁠゛⁠)

a summary of the past month is that my grandpa was hospitalized (he's ok now but i've been taking care of him, rlly busy), i started doing stuff for my health and i have a job interview tomorrow! yippie! i'm 99% sure i'll get the job (they're desperate) so ^_^! my first job!!

we've been dancing around the subject for a few years now so this is like a christmas miracle

one thing we set in stone is that my mom mirrors/copies other people's problems. all the time. she started bringing up she feels sick only when we did.

personally i realized i felt so much pressure bc i love these people. i want to get my feelings across but i overthink so much about doing it "wrong" that i freeze up - and then i feel bad for not replying. that's why i recommend making your feelings clear to each other!

having a honest talk with them helped me. it lets you know what your friends would like (ex. reply to everything or not?) & lets them know why you don't reply so they don't feel uneasy. and you can definitely find a compromise so you get less overwhelmed! +

i'm a big fan of animal symbolism and drawing helps me process things a lot. so i wonder. not just her btw multiple people in my life both good and bad
