Aitana really needed a break... Even in the early part of the season, it felt like she was physically and mentally exhausted.

The radar as a winger, which I think is her more likely position in the future. I like that she passes the ball to teammates.

From the radar, it appears that she has a high dribble success rate, a key quality for high-ceiling wingers/forwards. xA is also high but key passes are modest. Generates high quality chances, but not at an elite rate yet. Very small sample of 558'. Defense and shot locations could also improve.

Sometimes when I’m meetings with brands and organizations about how to encourage participation and raise the levels of talent in different sports, and I hear all about the most amazing innovations, I usually suggest greater access by making it free or cheaper and then everyone gets weird about it.

I would like to see some improvement. Maybe I am impatient, but I am not a fan of the one-man midfield. Pedri looks great, but more at injury risk, and not good for the team. Barça Femení have more holes in the team, but they trust the game plan and work for each other.

Find this fascinating when the team is more or less the same since last season. Overdependence on Pedri to control the game and Raphinha to lead the press. The floor of the team isn't really higher, and gets exposed against better teams.
