I was not aware of this. But what a meant mostly was of the quality that universal is trying to produce. I just feel that universal is doing better as of now, considering Epic universe coming out this year. Of course not everything is perfect. But i feel they're going the right way.

As a fellow former CM myself, i'm sad of the state of Disney Themeparks overall, but on the other end I'm glad I left when I did. I can only wish for Disney to crash down, so that they they realise their mistakes and finally have a comeback like none other. Otherwise, i'd stick to Universal.

That also means that when people do ask about questions about the company, they usually don't respond positively to the question or just don't know.
Noted that regular Cast Members below Team leaders and senior managers are the latest informed on any news that most people know.

I'm sure it's different in America, but here at DisneyLand Paris, guest that start talking with the jargon of cast members (101's , the five keys , abridged atraction nimes like POTC or BTM, etc...) are mostly considered as fanatics amongst the employees...
