We had to collect 180K signatures to put proposition A on the ballot to increase minimum wage to $13.75 and guarantee sick pay for Missourians. The measure won.
Just now, the Missouri House voted to overturn our will. Without signatures…with a vote. They do the bidding of the wealthy.
Would love to see you posting more on here. Agreed with your points about it in your Twitter sign-off, but hoping the news/opinion outlets I've always followed starting doing that more on here so I can quit going there.
