We also try to get colleagues in from abroad, every quarter, for a week. And that usually results in the whole team coming to office as well, just because itโs nice to work with them in person.

We do 2/3 days a week at the office now for people that live within reasonable distance (less than 90 minutes of travel).
Works well, we do our do-not-disturb stuff mostly at home, and the energy we get on the two days that everyone is there is great.

Played my first hour of Star Wars Outlawsโฆ
It looks amazing! (gameplay is OK, misses some finesse but I definitely had fun).
Story is bombastic but interesting. I wonder if the open-world gameplay is going to keep its pace.

Just drove through Death Valley yesterday, the only thing that was really dead there was the phone reception.

Exactly 8 years ago I took a break from creating a (procedural) snowboard game to do something cool in VR. This was the first screen I posted. I would have never believed that this Space Pirate Trainer game would go so hard it kickstarted a -way better- snowboarding game called Shredders
