Prior to her hurting me we'd been good friends for years. The whole thing is shaking my faith in all of my other friends. I thought she did care... but it feels like she was biding her time!

All of the world leaders who I kind of respected - felt to be broadly decent, competent, and with an actual desire to make the world a better place - are being ousted. It's bloody terrifying.

I can't believe the bare faced cheek, or emotional illiteracy, of some people. I'm in such an awkward position now. I am tempted to say no but the others in my team are nicer than me...

Someone who hurt me very much has asked if her daughter can come along to a kids club I run. I know I can't blame the child for the actions of her parent but I feel her being there will be a weekly additional emotional toll on an already tiring and challenging task.

Noticed a missing couple of cards over the weekend - not in my wallet. Assumed they were in my coat pocket, car, by PC.... checked and no. A few hours of mild to moderate concern.

Opened wallet this morning and guess what?!?
