Perfectly ordinary - not a metropolitan elite! Christian, but not crazy! British, but prefers coffee! Please do not DM - I will block! #ProEU #KTTO #NoDMs

Assuming the MAGAs love Trumps thuggery towards Zelenskyy... I daren't even look on the other place.
28.02.2025 22:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I just love an escape room!
Have done 6 in the last year! 100% escape rate so far!
My expert opinion (based on years of watching Grey's Anatomy) is that there's a reasonable chance of saving the life of someone who suffered a single stab wound ten seconds ago.
07.02.2025 21:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Watching Death in Paradise and once more a murdered person is found within moments of the deadly deed and yet no one tries to resuscitate him.

23.01.2025 08:56 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Insult to toddlers who tend to be curious, joyful, upbeat... and they also usually bring joy!
23.01.2025 08:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I am finding it impossible to reconcile the apparent reasonableness and competence of people who voted for the utterly dreadful orange lunatic. What are they seeing? Or not seeing?
22.01.2025 20:03 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Much as I always call it Twitter (and always will) I will never call it anything other than The Gulf of Mexico
20.01.2025 18:27 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This might not be super popular but I'm overall ok with the Labour government. Not perfect but far from the awful chaos which had become the norm.

07.01.2025 21:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0All of the world leaders who I kind of respected - felt to be broadly decent, competent, and with an actual desire to make the world a better place - are being ousted. It's bloody terrifying.
07.01.2025 21:22 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I can't believe the bare faced cheek, or emotional illiteracy, of some people. I'm in such an awkward position now. I am tempted to say no but the others in my team are nicer than me...
07.01.2025 21:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Someone who hurt me very much has asked if her daughter can come along to a kids club I run. I know I can't blame the child for the actions of her parent but I feel her being there will be a weekly additional emotional toll on an already tiring and challenging task.

26.12.2024 19:18 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Noticed a missing couple of cards over the weekend - not in my wallet. Assumed they were in my coat pocket, car, by PC.... checked and no. A few hours of mild to moderate concern.
Opened wallet this morning and guess what?!?
My house is gradually being taken over by Amazon boxes, my inbox is being taken over by Amazon emails, my soul is being taken over by guilt!
