This 53 year old man who lived in my neighborhood w/no criminal record & who had been in the US for 30 years, was detained and thrown into a cold cell for days, caught pneumonia and COVID there and deported.

CNN’s reporting about Trump’s reaction to the recent Supreme Court ruling on tariffs. The breakfast had reportedly been going well, until Trump became enraged and began ranting about the decision, called it “a disgrace,” and at one point attacked the courts with a now famous "these fucking courts" line. Chyron reads: "Trump called the Supreme Court ruling against his tariffs “a disgrace.” The overall message conveys Trump’s anti-democracy rhetoric extending far beyond legal critique and institutional criticism to open and flaunting autocratic, unconstitutional behavior.
