That fandom often depicts them as following Prowl around against his will but he was actually keeping them with him by choice, like he was never telling them to go away or leave him alone. That's I think the biggest misconception I see but everything else you've probably already gathered from

I do actually enjoy their moments together a lot even though I'm always lamenting over all the fumbled potential, I genuinely think there was a lot of good and fun moments in canon too. Its also a slightly different dynamic to the usual fanon characterisations mostly in the way

I know a lot of ppl consider this sacrilegious to say but lowkey you can just skip ahead to the issues they're in if reading the whole comic from the start is intimating! There will be a lot of confusing bits but its fine when using tfwiki to help and skimming past unrelated stuff snbdnsbsbs

the tf fanon thing that always baffles me the most with regards to how widespread and generally accepted it is despite not appearing in any canon (as far as I know) is EM fields!?? I do understand the appeal of it as a hc because its very fun to use in fics though

I know trines are definitely a fanon thing bc me and a friend got curious a while ago and did some research into it lmao, though the idea clearly just comesfrom them appearing in sets of 3 so often in G1. I would love to know who came up with the word though... inchresting bit of fandom history

is that I dont actually mind the dumb goon personality I just dont like that they all have the SAME personality... like if it was just one of them it would be fine and endearing even bc I do love a himbo snsbsbbs. But overall there was so much left unexplored its such a shame??

I think as a society we need to talk more abt the way jack lawrence drew prowl when he showed up at the end of lost light bc why was he so pretty
