I've been told that there's apparently less competition for the CoG and it's "easier to get", but haven't seen any actual numbers or talked to panel members. I guess for StG there are more people in the system, for CoG some of those have already been made to leave academia.

If you convert from an office document to pdf there's a rather hidden field in the "Information" settings where you can enter a name or description which will then appear in the header of pdf readers. This doesn't automatically get adapted when you rename the file...

Good luck then! I'm currently positively surprised about an RE with tables and WiFi and on time 🤯.
