Kinda wish operating system development would slow the fuck down. I’d like my computer and phone to NOT change every year, especially on mature product lines.

I honestly wouldn’t mind if macOS/iOS shifted to a 2-3 year cycle. Add updates for new hardware but leave the core and interface alone! 🥺

Life is still a mess, for sure, but for the first time in longer than I can really say it feels like maybe there's a chance it doesn't have to be.

Having...what's the opposite of despair, is it hope? It's hope, right? Having hope feels really weird after more than a decade without. I completely gave up looking for it, but it's always been there, waiting for me to find it. It's still fleeting, but at least I finally believe it exists.

There's a setting that allows you to remove them from the following feed entirely, but I don't really want to completely squash them. (You can also turn off replies and quote messages)

Any recommendations for an android client that does have repost mute, at least?

So... do I have this right? Bluesky doesn't support turning off reposts from people or creating lists that are private?

That's…awful. D: Twitter would have been unusable 8 or 9 years ago without those features. I know bsky is relatively new, but dang. I don't wanna have to turn off *all* reposts.
