Yesterday hit clarity for me in an odd way. The removal of someone from my life helped me realize a lot of things. I was able to start on some stuff I had been holding back on hope of things working with them because I thought they were different.

Feelings are valid. If you're not good at facing Uncomfortable ones you'll never grow. Each feeling just wants you to see something you wouldn't have realized without it. Sit with them.

Asymptomatic Covid is suggesting immunity that’s not there. Don’t conflate immunity with asymptomatic infection. Testing is still important.
Also, MAGA misinformation on vaccines on social media, has been a distraction from the harms from COVID itself. It’s not the Public who are benefitting here.

Now imagine the amount youre not believed if you have multiple things going against you. A lot of the women and girls that came forward were white. Now imagine you're black, indigenous, trans, disabled, and/or queer and how much people don't believe those lived experiences.
