When people stop supporting volunteers who work directly with frontline units, that lack of support is what ultimately puts lives at greater risk.

It isn’t going to the wrong people, and I found that comment upsetting. I know these soldiers personally. What I actually need right now is support, not suggestions that imply otherwise.
