Yes, much of that Nord Stream route gas 'shortfall' has been compensated for with imports of gas via other pipeline routes and LNG from Arctic Russia, America and elsewhere. But, the leak of raw methane to the atmosphere was a LOT less than the net result of 50 billion tons of fossil gas.

Nord Stream 1 transported 59.2 bcm of gas in 2021 (above its 55 bcm per year design capacity).

The sabotage of the NS 1 + NS 2 pipelines released between 445,000 and 485,000 tonnes of uncombusted gas.

Sabotage and sanctions prevent over 50 billion tonnes of gas (mainly methane) transport per year.

'Decommissioning' Nord Stream 2 has prevented future transport of 55 billion cubic metres (bcm) or 25.5 billion tonnes of fossil gas per year. (Barring any future repairs and recommissioning, which currently seems unlikely.)
