I find it almost infuriating how many people voted free to play here, man! That was the entire problem with the 2013 one. It was fun to play but lacked anything meaningful to do in it precisely because of the cheapskate FTP set-up and you clowns want a repeat of that.

Anno is joking. He's buds with both Miyazaki and Tomino (Gundam) and knows that they didn't even really breakout until their late 30s/40s.
Anno himself was 35 when NGE came out.
Despite what you may have heard, Japanese people can be funny and sarcastic on purpose.

They capitulate on almost any decision they make and have demonstrated that they have zero convictions. Looks like that won't change.

The Verge's big story wasn't a comprehensive account of the leadership changes. It was a chance for people inside MS to blame someone who was heading out the door for problems far wider and older than her tenure.

Heard it for the last year non-stop. But the tone of some of these "what happened" stories whiffs of the victors painting a one-sided hatchet job of events

Hideki Kamiya says players who spoil Resident Evil Requiem's story before it's out deserve to die "a thousand deaths".
Kamiya directed Resident Evil 2, which he says also had one of its major twists spoiled.

Just seen multiple people saying that they tapped out at Metroid Dread's final boss because it was unreasonably hard when it's hands down the best part of the game.

I'm always bothered by the argument of they won't include Pokémon on NSO because of cloud saves and save states as if they have a complete inability to bend that rule and cannot make other apps if needed (remember N64 18+?)
It's not on NSO because TPC thinks Pokémon should be a paid game.
