My mom fell in the floor Monday night. She laid in the floor until Thursday morning when my neighbor found her. She is very dehydrated and has afib and liver issues. We are lucky my neighbor or found her when he did. I drove down to be with her.

Maybe this is the thing that troubles you the most. You can't differentiate between what is trauma and what is normal. Sometimes awful things have happened to you that you know you should be impacted by but aren't but then a TV show episode will make you feel like you've been traumatized.
