i think it's funny that while they're both half viera, ursa and elinor have different "levels" of viera traits, like elinor is more miqo'te physically (his tail, height, paw pads, mooncat teeth) while ursa is more viera physically, aside from her scales (and she doesn’t have a tail 😔)

this guy on the ffxiv forums nearly three years ago who made a post on how ffxiv's writing doesn't respect the players' possible eternal bonds marriage with another player because they're making some NPCs look too close to the wol. and as such he cited that g'raha tia is an attempted homewrecker

SORRY i just like thinking about. the thought of heroes who are linked together by fate but have messy and damaging relationships with each other that can't be handled in typical ways bc they still have to save the world at the end of the day

it's absolutely critical to their dynamic that they still love each other, too. remember deeply regrets their treatment of inanna and can't help but be hyperaware of how they act with her now because of it. it colors every single interaction they have, even in passing

and it’s especially difficult because the one who hurt you didn't mean to do it. they didn't intend to cause you so much pain. but they did and now it's this whole big mess and there's no room for you to heal because you're being forced to together by fate whether you like it or not.

rotating remember and inanna again..... specifically. what if someone hurt you in a way that the only solution is to separate but you're also cosmically linked where you Have to work with each other. and it also makes the initial wound much worse. but you literally can't part ways
