Maybe I shouldnt let it bother me so much but Im really tired of it.

You cant pass a construction project in the lower mainland without seeing a piece of machinery I had a part in building.

Ive been in the trades for 15 years I have had people point me out to their children and tell them "thats why you stay in school",Ive stopped to grab milk and have had security follow me around walmart watch me go through the checkout then stop me to check my reciept

Hotel staff stopped me at the door and asked what I was doing told me I had to phone my roommates while I was doing so and basically hovered over me. Like they were gonna ask me to leave the property.

I get not looking like the average con attendee straight out of work but really.

Vancoufur was fun only sour note personally was how hotel staff treated me on arrival.

I came straight from work so I still had my steel toed boots and overalls on intending to shower and clean up before actually doing anuthing con related.

You know when you get squished into paws you don't become toe jam, you become beanut butter.
