I had my first appointment with a new therapist today and the very first thing we discussed was ensuring neither of us voted for trump or against human rights. It was really refreshing to know upfront we are on the same page. I immediately felt safer discussing my concerns about life right now.

Kennel training a puppy while your neighbors set off fireworks until the wee hours of the morning multiple nights in a row for a country that has no reason to celebrate is not ideal.
