The image is an illustration of a couple of characters. The main subjects being Erenville and my original character, Reynir. In the far back, Reynir's older brother and his partner, Noi and X'atsiel. The prompt for day 1 of Erenweek was Homecoming. My idea for this piece was them coming back to Othard after a particular set of time after Dawntrail as that was where Reynir's from. Reynir, wanting for Erenville to see more of where he grew up, which was surprisingly not the Skatay range as Noi had decided to abandon the village and their ways a long time ago.

I always viewed Erenville as someone who is an incredibly emotionally closed off character. As such, he rarely, if at all, opens up — even to those closest to him. While I think he learns to be better about it in the long run, he still finds solace when on his own.
