What the Epstein files show is the *solidarity* of many men-across class, race, religion, profession & party affiliation-in the global political project of keeping the boot on women's necks.

People have no problem understanding class solidarity among the rich. Why can't they see gender solidarity?

This is what male solidarity & collective action to oppress women looks like:

Artist Andres Serrano--successful, but nowhere near the same class as Thiel & other billionaires in the files--stating that he'll vote for Trump, despite his politics, out of *sympathy* with T's sexual assaults on women.

In response to this claim that the "strategy didn't work."

The people were on our side. We were building momentum to help save our democracy. We could have won - the premium increase notices were just starting.

And giving in now will embolden him. Things will likely get worse.

Since the Democrats worked extra hard to hide who actually supported this, I think the No Kings/Resistance position should be to primary every Democrat unless they publicly call for Schumer's ouster this week

Either they go into total rebellion mode, which they won't, or the people will

Panera’s moderately caffeinated lemonade was loosely associated with 2 deaths before it was taken off market.

This article alone has 4 examples of ChatGPT encouraging young people to commit suicide, and OpenAI’s own public stats estimate over a million users discuss suicide with ChatGPT each week.

My 3yo was listening to Ross Douthat's podcast when he turned to me, gravely, and asked: "Daddy, did liberal feminist women ruin the workplace?" And when I told him, "it's debatable, but they certainly don't seem to be reading Rod Dreher's Substack," he started crying.

Isn't she the monster who advocated for letting grandmas get covid and die so she could do whatever she wanted during the shutdowns?

The Democrats won several VA House seats where winning looked like a pipe dream going into the election. The Dems won these seats because they recruited candidates and actually campaigned. Important lesson for 26--the electorate is pissed--but you can only win when you run. Run everywhere!

basically every 2024 truism is dead. Trump did not build a lasting multiracial coalition or turn young men into committed Republicans. You don’t need to cave on trans rights to win. The pundits have nothing left to tell you.

My wife and I dropped like $2k on a Thuma bed frame and Casper Hybrid in 2020 and it remains the best purchase we've made as a couple. I'm sure there's better mattresses but we've been exceptionally happy with the mattress. Really happy we went with the hybrid mattress, the extra support is great.

Pritzker: "One of the reasons Trump wants to send troops into cities is bc he wants to be able to take control of the 2026 elections...if they've got troops in cities, & it becomes a kind of norm for people, then it won't be abnormal for them when they're going to vote having troops at ballot boxes"

This is extrajudicial execution, without any clear threat to the US, no authorization from Congress, and far beyond even Article II. The military is not the president's personal hit squad.
Or wasn't, until now.

Yeah, the number of "normies" I saw tap-dancing on his yet-to-exist grave blew my fucking mind. And further, every single person who had no idea who he was, once learning about him and what he stood for, was even more confused about the half-staff and Air Force 2 bullshit.

Wild times.

The mendacity is breathtaking - blaming universities, which bent over backwards to host Kirk’s hate-speech TPUSA events, spending thousands on extra security with minimal student interest, over the objection of the many targeted by his attacks & forced to watch him pocket their student fees… 1/

β€œKirk & I were on different sides of most political arguments. We were on the same side of the continued possibility of American politics.”

So it’s personal? B/c if you were a Black woman or transgender, Kirk would not imagine you having any role in the future of American politics.

@govpritzker.illinois.gov's take on Kirk is the correct one:

"Political violence, unfortunately, has ramped up in this country ... I think there are people who are fomenting it in this country. I think the president's rhetoric often foments it."

On point. So glad Democrats are saying this.

As stated earlier by others, it does not matter what you post or do not post here. The right wing has their narrative they’re going to push, because they understand they are at war with democracy and that propaganda *works.*
