Hi kiddos! I hope you all are doing well. Life has been busy but I'm doing my best. I've started practicing mindfulness and I'm making an effort to create art of something meaningful to me every day. Times are tough but it's so important to slow down, admire the details, and be creative.

This was the most "little" weekend I've had in a while and it was so fun to do with friends 🌈

It was Barney's Halloween Party! I haven't seen the new one yet but I'd like to check it out at some point 🤔

I finally got the opportunity to watch an episode on VHS last night thanks to @kiddlit.bsky.social! Made me feel super little, but it also made me feel super safe. I was able to watch Barney in a space where it was accepted and encouraged for me to express that interest. Super powerful feeling ❤️

I know a lot of kiddos get excited about COOKIES and PIZZA and CORN DOGS and ICE CREAM but there's something to be said about the healthier everyday options reinforcing casual littlespace. It makes it feel more normalized. And, of course, it's good for you!

So, kiddos... EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!!

Not to mention there are so many yummy healthy kids foods out there!! My fav way to eat veggies are air fried spinach littles (think dino nuggets meets veggies), and there are lots of good fruit and yogurt smoothies that immediately bring me into littlespace.

Consumption of junk food. Which makes the special treats all the more special! Compartmentalizing myself to shift my self-control balance allows me to feel little when told to save the sweets for another time. I promised myself a reward for building a habit of eating veggies too (hot wheels!!)

Recently I've been improving my diet and cutting out a lot of added sugars. I've made it more fun by viewing it from a very kiddo-coded lens!

I picked up a lot of healthy kids snacks and foods. I'm rewarding myself for eating veggies every day. I'm being my own caregiver by limiting my-
