For the most part it is an excuse to really relive the fun of Gorkamorka.

Mainly just run a standard Ash Roads campaign for now and see what emergent narrative arises (though likely something like hunting down a cold Trader and their orbital lander).

Oh crazy. I had the same realisation about the Aeldari combat patrol on my podcast @darkerdaysradio.bsky.social a few months back. It's almost a 1k 2nd ed army!

Not buy as many new armies (I bought 3 Warmachine armies over the last year and painted them), and just expand what I have.

But...

Run another Necomunda campaign
Run a campaign of Kult
Make the Trashumanism rpg KS as successful as possible.

Do I regret contributing? No. Do I wish it was run more professionally? Yes. Do I know where all the funding for the magazine went? Nope.

Crypto, NFTs, DAOs, AI etc. All which amounted to nought. And when I did have the opportunity to bring in an article about a now major musician blending tech and art, I was met with push back because I was the one contacted first.

That never transpired as over time it was clear it was only ever the vision and control of the editor, and they had zero critical thoughts, as they jumped on every band wagon going.

Cybr initially was pretty cool and I enjoyed writing articles for it as it was a start up and I hoped it would lead to something more official and concrete.

So Cybr Magazine is finally officially closing.

It's well overdue and is no surprise as the "editor" clearly got what they wanted from it - namely a ticket to the US to grift some new fashion/AI nonsense. This is the same editor that brought you Style Noir.
