Be the rainbow you need in your life

Make sure that how your show up in life is intentional. Don't float through life ignoring how your decisions affect others. I believe that when enough people are living mindful, intentional lives we will see more harmony with each other and with the natural world.

When the person who used to talk you down off the edge is no longer in your life, sometimes you just need to sit on the edge and breathe until you're ready to come down on your own.

If being woke is the act of waking up to the injustices in this world, does actively choosing not to acknowledge injustice or your own privilege mean you are in a self-induced coma?

Whatever you put out into the world is what you will receive. Be mindful of the intentions you set because good medicine cannot be created from a place of hate.

As long as you are not intentionally causing harm to others, there is no wrong way to be yourself. You are enough.
