I went from 130kg to 65kg (287lbs to 143.5lbs) over 3.5 years.

Diet is a majority of it, adding exercise of any kind, 10k steps, an at home workout e.c.t will speed it up though.

I didn’t step foot in a gym, once. Didn’t have any crazy diet. Tracked calories and reduced them

This weekend I finally hit a 50% total weight reduction. I think i'm finally done. 3.5 years, nearly £20,000 spent, surgery scars and an entirely new outlook.
