Decisions are made by a simple majority of votes cast. A decision is adopted if more than 50% of the votes actually cast (β€œvotes received”) are in favour, and only β€œyes” and β€œno” votes are counted; abstentions are not counted as votes received and therefore do not affect the majority.

The Special Meeting was convened following a request submitted on 7 October 2025 by 'concernedeaa' who proposed motions A–E, reproduced verbatim for Members' per rollam vote.

A quorum for the per rollam voting shall consist of five per cent of the 2025 and 2026 Full Individual Members.
