How ironic yet depressingly unsurprising; the “pro-life” states are the states where pregnancy and early childhood are 3-4 times more likely to result in death.

Once you reset the size of the House everything becomes a little bit easier. Then nuke the filibuster and give statehood to DC and PR. Fix the voting rights act, resize SCOTUS and things are easier without amendments.
