Oh you are all good. I’ve been joking about because it helps keep the situation light. But very funny’s situation to come home and talk to my wife about the request. The best part is that it actually helped. I had about 1000 twitches a day since March. Had my first twitch free day on the trip.

There was actually a good medical reason for it. I have been having weird neurological problems with muscle twitching after my concussion and we needed to find a way to bring my nervous system down for a period of time. This was the solution. Required relaxation.

I was prescribed a 4 day beach vacation.

My experience is the same. You forget all about walking, you don’t get as easily distracted as you do sitting.

Where about? Our crew was super active in the Midwest scene.

It’s a very technical dance and a dance first and foremost. But the music is random and you improv every round to match the music. Def not random but certainly variable.

It’s been months and months since I was last at dance practice. Finally cleared to go back after my concussion in February. Won’t be doing anything major. Just getting back the groove. This was from one of my last sesh before the accident.

If I was working at an agency and the site needed 3d I wouldn’t hesitate to figure out on my own instead of hiring a contractor for that little bit. Since in our industry, we work on such different size projects you can apply the same advice to everything.

Specialization is absolutely good and necessary but it’s entirely dependent on the work. The bigger and more app like, the more specialization is needed. The smaller the scope, the more generalized knowledge is needed.
