and every year it got a little easier to notice,

“why are you bugging me anyway? I’m on sick leave,” tsukki sniffles.

“well im on sick leave too!” kuroo whines into the phone, “sick of you leaving me!”

tsukki hangs up immediately. and wonders if he also has a fever because he is suddenly feeling VERY warm 🌡️

thinking of coworkers #krtsk where they’re both new to the company and kuroo latches onto tsukki like gum on a shoe (tsukki’s exact words on their weekly zoom call).

then one day tsukki has the flu and goes on leave so kuroo calls him (like a very concerned coworker that’s all).
