Realistically I can’t wait for spring and nicer weather because I really wanna get outside and walk, and I don’t bode as well in the cold (tho maybe now that I have some meat on my bones I actually could).

Long story short, I’ve been underweight my whole life. This past year, somehow, I’ve started to actually be able to retain weight. I’m at an ideal spot, and want to maintain it + see if muscle will actually start sticking too. I assume it’s just, consistency. But idk, I’m sure people have advice.

Any tips/exercise recommendations for a beginner with a variety of hand-weights?
