I still do get muscle pain when I move but it’s better than yesterday. 😭✌🏻

It’s annoying because I’ve had a loft bed for over 10 years and I LOVE IT, but I think it’s finally taken a toll on my back…. I may have to lower it….🙃
I could go for a Murphy bed or a sofa-bed to keep good space but ugghh.
