Apparently replacement items are now starting to arrive to customers that reported leaks and damage on their products right after originally opening them. I can only apologise for both the original leaks and the delay replacing them. Work is underway to improve future quality.

have been on sale for around four months since the first customers signed up, which may be unreasonably long of a time. On the other hand, I would like to see a few more sales before closing the form, and know people have been waiting to see photos of the finished item first.

delays are now largely resolved, and production is back in progress. However, with the upcoming new year holiday, I am told the prototype model of the snakes will not be done until at least early March. Extending pre-order options until then will mean the items will

That's not ideal, what's the site doing when you try?

Horse year is coming up in a couple of months, should I make horses once these birds and snakes are shipped out to everyone? Could do a few different colours and designs patterned over the same body shape so you can pick the style you like best

I've raised a complaint and demanded compensation for a lost parcel, which I'm told will get them to hurriedly find out where it actually is and sort delivery, will see what happens

Birds are still for sale. Any interest?

This drawing isn't quite finished, I wanted to stop and get feedback before I deal with the last details and adjustments to things like the face layout

I've started work on a new design for the inflatable snake, but I worry having things like the legs, horns and mane drawn onto a smooth body shape will look awkward. What do people think, is this something you'd buy?

Looks like we got about ten sales of each design so far, which is a nice start, but it could be more. Don't forget to share them with all your friends and see if they're interested too

If you put in an order for the Phoenix direct through the website earlier, that is already saved and added to the list, no worries about putting in for them again, unless you want more.

Depending on the final confirmed price of the snakes, orders can always be cancelled, or hopefully increased in number if the cost is low enough.

While I wait for confirmation from the manufacturer about the per unit costs of the big inflatable snake, orders are still open for you to sign up all your details, up until the end of the year. Payments will be requested at the start of January.

How are things going at #Pawsome? they letting you waddle around the convention in undies too big to fit through doors?

I definitely hope to, but where so many of the target market only just bought some, I'd have to wait until next year at least before selling more

That's an outline sketch of a new toy design sent to the factory to get their thoughts, hoping they come back with a good price for them. Might come back with a list of things that don't work with the idea and need changing, we'll see.

nice to see people starting to show off pics of their new purchases, and I'm sure there's plenty more to come
