I've handed my World Series rings (which I didn't exactly earn in the first place) to friends... some excitedly try them on, and others stop short of doing so out of a sense (like yours) that they shouldn't. Nothing wrong with your mind (in this instance).

The text chain with my college roommates currently has all of us not remembering how we ended up with an 8-track player (and a modest but strong collection of tapes for it) in the mid '90s. We do remember this tape being in heavy rotation, though:

Recording an album in Seattle this week with The Split Squad at a studio that is pretty much keyboard heaven.
