The reason this book was written was for those who feel new to the world of bats like I was, not knowing where to start or how to go about learning about these wonderful creatures.

I really hope this book can help many future bat workers learn how to ID bats a little easier and find a way to enjoy bats as much as I have over the last 15 years!

So the day has finally come where the reality has struck and a few of my copies have come through for family!

I’m overwhelmed with a variety of emotions - relief, tired, worried, excited but mainly anxious for those who read it and what they may think!
