When I talk with my doctor, I relate my pain level to what I could or could not do during the week. Just saying it was a 6 and now it’s a 4 is not enough information sometimes to make a decision about next steps.

If it’s leg pain, I go for a walk outside. If it’s hand or back pain from RA, I grab my heating pad and a good distraction like a movie.

I sat down to read for a moment. Now I have an oversized lapdog and my cat negotiating territory. #Caturday

T.G.I.S. Thank God it’s Severance day #Severance

Enbrel, Humira, Actemra, Orencia, Xeljanz, Rituxan, Inflectra (biosimilar for Remicade), and now I’m on Tuxima—biosimilar for Rituximab.

I hope you find another that works well for you. This is my 7th biologic but it’s been working well so far.

It went well. I have the next one in 2 weeks.

Question for physicians out there—
How often do you update your education about the medical field after receiving your medical license? Do you choose what you want to learn more about or is a particular program that you have to go through for updates in medicines?
