And of course if thugs were rioting about anything else they'd be calling for baton rounds and water cannons.

That’s it. Other tasks = bonus, not pressure.

Tweet 3:
Why it works?

It respects executive function limits, reduces overwhelm, and builds momentum without burnout.

Try it today: Pick 3. Let that be enough.

ADHD/autistic and overwhelmed by to-do lists?

Try a β€œMinimum Viable List.” It saved my sanity. 🧠🧡

Tweet 2:
Each day, pick 3 tasks:

🌟 1 must-do (urgent)
🧠 1 brain-heavy (deep work)
πŸ›  1 body-based (cleanup/admin)

Good. The use of hotels was a) designed to immiserate the people in them to avoid a 'pull factor' (didn't work) and b) has been very bad for the towns in them. Now need to end the ban on people working while they claim asylum.

Farage wanting to bring back coal mining in Wales shows how little he understands the working class.
It's not mining coal that the area wants. Coal mining is filthy and dangerous. It's the well paid jobs and sense of community that coal mining created.
The Dulwich educated posh boy hadn't a clue.

If Nigel Farage can't even hold this tiny group together, imagine what a disaster he would be in government.

Before: Morning wine was my β€˜adult juice box’—paired beautifully with denial and poor life choices.

After: Now I weaponise decaf coffee and a monthly Gregg’s pasty like a nun with a loyalty card.

Insight:Turns out rock bottom had a basement. Also, sausage rolls taste better when you’re not crying.

β€œWhen I send that email, then I can have a biscuit.”
β€œWhen I fold the laundry, then I can watch 10 minutes of nonsense on my phone.”

It’s not a bribe. It’s a reward loop. And it actually works.
