A comic strip starting with my character, Jem, opening his laptop. The next two panels show him looking nervous at his screen before glancing at his messy bed behind him.

Showing 3 comic panels: Jem is spread face-first on his bed, smoothing his sheets out. Then he's stood in front of his mirror, facing away from the viewer. Finally, he's struggling to pull a stripped sweater on.

Jem is fixing his hair after throwing the sweater on. The next panel he's sitting back at his desk, laptop open, ready to start a video call.

P1/2 of a silly comic about my 2 boys, Jem and Isaac (from my story Contradict Me)
This was their first virtual meet!

Jem burries his face in his arms atop the desk exclaiming "I can't do it!" Because he's nervous about the video call. The next panel shows context of his laptop screen open on the contact page of 'Neighbour Boy' which is the name he has listed for my other character Isaac. He's hovering over the video call button. An incoming call panel is blaring on his laptop, making Jem jump from his nerves.

Jem is fast to slam his hand on his laptop to accept the call. The next two, and final, panels show Jem and Isaac respectively. Jem is smiling through his nerves, looking very tense. Isaac is wearing a hoodie with his hood pulled up, looking more relaxed. They greet each other with "Uh– Hey" and "Hello again".
