After everything that's happened in the last two weeks I made the executive decision to write out my topic list of shit to discuss tomorrow in therapy and on the final topic I made the note "please god, don't leave enough time for this"

Last year I was talking with my tattoo artist about it and trying rough diagnostic tests and I'm just below borderline diagnosable by our amateur estimations, but I'm definitely neurodivergent, ADHD and maybe a little on the spectrum maybe not.

I had a pop in my shoulder this weekend and then last night when I was walking/jogging I felt my arm pop out my shoulder then back in. Also this weekend I had some moments that popped bits of childhood trauma on full blast. I'm very tired, but I'm glad that I can be here and say as much.
