NEW: A federal judge dismissed the DOJβs legal effort to access Michiganβs unredacted voter rolls, ruling that federal law does not require states to disclose the data.
The decision comes after an Oregon judge last week concluded the DOJ can no longer be presumed to be acting in good faith.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.
I want to make sure this is very clear.
