Would drawing it out or writing it down on a doc help you get it out of your head?
I've let my brain thoughts spew all over Figjam, Miro, GDDs on Notion and then go back to overlay the priorities against time+budget
That helps me organize & free myself from guilt or shame during production hell
That must be hard to not have business partners on the project. Celebrating those small but significant wins are vital when you're deep in alpha 😭

What you're describing is completely normal in alpha!
I consider those milestones guidelines and not rules. Go back as much as you have time and budget available to make it right.
The balance of fixing what feels "wrong" on a list of priorities with time and budget are the hardest parts.
