The one I remember best is from Ancient Rome. A series of small arrows next to where they relived themselves led the eye up to the ceiling where it read "You're peeing on your sandals!"

That paper is long lost , unfortunately. I still read the walls wherever I go.

I did a sociology paper in college on Latrinalia. My research consisted of a little bookwork and a lot of going to local bars and seeing what was written on the walls. It was a neat topic.
