Big time. It is crazy, and sad at the same time. My lad keeps getting headaches which is telling me that this needs to change. Can't think of what it is doing to everyone's brains. It's horrifying and is going to be a real problem in the future.

My lad is 10 and he's not fully addicted but when I pick him up from school I see so many kids in his year come out and go straight onto their phone. It's horrible. Just walked back and seen so many people driving with their phones in their hands. It's an epidemic.

Really glad to hear that mate, nice work! That is what I am also trying to do. Not drank since New Year - lost over a stone and my head does feel a little clearer. Now I need to kick the phone habit and try to help those around me kick theirs as well. It's not good!
