No Democratic or Republican politician can be allowed to suppress the most basic facts that the reveal real-world effects of policy.

Facts are the only basis for accountability, and thus a firebreak against dictatorship.

I force myself to get through Bret Stephens' columns to get some sense of another perspective, and his defense of his months of "I can't vote for Biden or Harris" is pathetic. But worth reading, maybe especially for those looking for signs of decency from the right.
