I believe that's just what they choose to list as their mailing address -- so if you wanted to mail Brereton LLC in regards to that building, the law firm would get the mail and reach out to them.

Another property they own (for 5703 Hobart, from your link above) lists Forbes Mgmt's mailing address

it's harder to see when you're looking for a space, but if you see it, you're much less likely to ignore it and steal the spot

Hania Rani and Nala Sinephro were both robbed of "Best Original Score" oscar noms this year.
