The House and Senate released a final version of the National Defense Authorization Act. Of importance to the research community, the bill prohibits the DOD from imposing a 15% cap on indirect costs to institutions of higher education.

This is so important. I was at a meeting last year where I was told to say that I am not obstructing them and am following Uni policy to call U counsel so they can address. But there were only around 10 people at mtg so I don’t think many faculty know what to say or do.

So continuous submission deadline remains 12/10, correct?
