My coworker who was the raccoon the other day actually crawled around on hands and knees and today I was like "hey boss, do I have to do that" and she was like "no but can you occasionally assume the raccoon position" so there's a new one for your lexicon

In my friend's case I think it's mostly that she likes a challenge. In my case, it doesn't look like fabric, tho I did opine that in my uninformed perspective I would knit the strips/v shapes and knot the loose strings as a sort of... Secondary procedure, but this was met with mixed feelings lol

I haven't the first clue! The only fiber art I have any significant knowledge of is sewing. Some other friends of mine seemed to think it would be knit-able but very complicated

The worst part is the psych eval was basically just "oh you want top surgery? Neat. Here is a letter." So unnecessary. I can tell the surgeon that myself! The guy did let me bitch to him about the process tho so that was nice. Thanks, social worker guy.

I am also thinking about that article about cis women taking testosterone to improve their libido etc. and I remain annoyed that you have to get a psych eval to have top surgery. If I wanted a freaking nose job I could just get one but if I don't like having titties I need a doctor's note about it

In other exciting news delivered late at night (it's not late night news I just forgot until now), I finally got a consultation appointment for top surgery... next May. Apparently the earliest I might actually be able to get surgery is a year from now

The hawk skulls were actually originally supposed to have the pins permanently attached a la the left pin there but the space between the jaws turned out too small. But plenty of space on this rat skull! Unrelated but these were kind of a pain to polish by hand. Someday I will have a tumbler!
