Amen to that. Just like our schools now sugar coat or skip the part about slavery and atrocities against native Americans. They sugar coated it before. Mean while most British and European schools teach critical thinking. Not perfect but at least they are trusting their students are intelligent .

The Bible and verses can Be interpreted many ways. It this way it is not and they know it but don’t care.We saw this during slavery.They twisted verses and lied saying it was there duty and had slaves to teach them Christianity. They will twist it to fit their narrative.

I’m not religious but grew up in a very religious home so know my stuff. Jesus and the miraculous catch of fish. I don’t think Jesus asked about there immigration status!

Because of Trump and MAGAs Americans like me have fear for family members having to deal with LGTBQ harassment or violence due to trumps immigration and LGTBQ policies. It was not perfect before but at least we didn’t have a president who actually encourages his MAGAs to be violent.

Trump is the biggest hypocrite anyways but especially when it comes to immigration.My sister-in-law is from Columbia and sport about her even with her status as an American citizen. Doesn’t matter no one should be harassed whether they came legally or illegal She is a social worker and counselor.

Trump is a son and grandson of immigrants. His family fled to America to get away from military conscription.And America at that time almost despised anyone of German origin fleeing from ww1 and than ww2.. It angers me , my great uncle served in WW1 in a machine gun battalion and came back with ptsd
