I think the immediate reaction is always the hardest, because, yeah, I don't enjoy refusing or saying no to people but like, yeah I gotta look out for myself

but at the same time it feels so bad due to trauma, and people being mean to me when I establish a boundary.

thank you, it's just, hard to feel that way whenever I establish a boundary or something and it always feels like it disappoints someone.

I just want to make people happy but it feels like most the time I do the opposite
