Don’t get me wrong, sometimes you need more drool on yourself time. And I know I’m usually higher energy coming out of vacation.

I just want to be more intentional about the time I have.

So far this year that means really quality time with my kids- taking them out and playing games. I’ve read 10 books. I do 2 drawings. Less doomscroll which wasn’t good for me.

At the risk of sounding like a LinkedIn lunatic, I broke down how much time I work, eat, sleep, exercise etc. Factored in an hour for drooling on myself when I wake up and go to sleep.

I still have about 4 hours to work with on weekdays. I’m aiming to be more intentional about that time.
