One from a while back. Early morning, Loch Chroisg.

The Haapsalu Cultural Centre, built in the early 1970s, stands as a stark monument of Soviet modernism—its tiled facades and rigid lines embodying a vision of order and permanence. In one image, a Moskvitch sedan rests against its walls: two relics of the same era, weathered but enduring, caught in quiet dialogue. In the other, the building itself dominates—its rhythm of verticals and shadows softened only by drifting clouds above. Together, these photographs trace the persistence of Soviet form in Estonia’s present, where architecture and memory remain intertwined.
