Went briefly to the trees yesterday. Dry, but grey skies. A little eerie

So I’ve been out, done kitchen chores and a bit of gardening

Huge deadline today so worked flat out from early morning, only stopping to run to the loo or grab a coke

Torrential rain all day and some very unhappy cats who were vocal about it

In this house, we start the day with a drink. Strong coffee for me, tasty chicken water for the furry three

Last night was awful. Noisy weather, noisy brain and I think Tate was trying to recreate a head-to-head cuddle we had yesterday afternoon but couldn’t quite work it out

Now, for reasons, I’m sitting in a car park while 22 sips tea and reads her book before work

Miscalculated, and there was no milk this morning - extremely sad times

I’ve worked 11 hours today, mainly from bed. I haven’t been outside, but I’m ending the day as a cat bed and that will be enough

Cheering up Monday by logging all my extra work hours and then booking time off

I dared to divert from our usual routine, and came home to this sad kitten waiting patiently

I spent this morning standing on the common, cheering on the Sodbury Slog runners - future son in law was running

Clapped a lot of very muddy people, including bananas and the scooby doo crew, and got three compliments on my jazzy raincoat!
